The elements of a champion: High Purpose and Conscious Leadership

Marcos Evangelista de Moraes, better known as Cafu, is a former soccer player. A Brazilian team match record holder with 148 matches. Took part of the 1994 and 2002 World cups winning teams. In this lecture, Cafu will talk about his trajectory as soccer player and reporting his world cup experiences as an outstanding leader. He will also address his social responsibility work at the "Cafu Foundation", a non-profit entity located at Jardim Irene suburb, in São Paulo, where he lived during his childhood and that was immortalized through the image printed in his T-shirt after winning the 2002 World Cup.
